Refund & Returns

We want you to be happy with your Anmol Amrit order. Because our products are consumable health-care items, returns are accepted only in the cases below.

When you can request a return / replacement

• You received a damaged or leaking product.
• You received the wrong product or wrong quantity.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photos / an unboxing video of the parcel and product.

Not eligible for return

• Opened or used products (unless damaged on arrival).
• Requests made after [48 hours] of delivery.
• Change of mind after the product has been dispatched.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, we will send a replacement or refund the amount to your original payment method within [5–7] working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer / UPI.
